Susan M. Marshall, of Meadowlakes, Texas, pled guilty on May 11, 2007, in the 33rd District Court of Burnet County, Texas, Cause No. 32526, to first degree theft. Marshall was a party to selling investment agreements through Melvin Dean Marshall's Insurance Company, Marshall Insurance Agency, Inc. Marshall was sentenced to five years community supervision.
